The page that you came from was the first website I've ever created. It took me hours and it looks like it was made in MS paint. I have new-found respect for the designers of social media sites like Facebook. That's crazy stuff!

Part of that is why I came to choose Blogspot as my blog platform. The layout and design of the site appealed to me. It's simple, it's straightforward, and it's effective. Simple intricacy is a true art form. I hope in the future to hone this website design stuff, I really enjoy it and to think that there are people out there who have coded things like music editing software, YouTube or any other tool in HTML is just so unbelievable. 

I do admit to having chosen this blogging page BEFORE beginning on the website. Had I done the website first, I may have chosen wordpress because of its bare-bones page approach. Blogspot had a learning curve which may or may not have been easier after creating my page in HTML.
